Well let's see what happens here, hopefully if (read: when) a by-election is called, there can be some decent candidates drummed up

Well just had a great offer of a new tariff from the leccy company... That could save me a whopping £5 a year, can't pass that up can i

Huge if true (and the local council's don't cock it up by building crap)

Well I'm in month 9 of my 12 month emlyment contract, time to start putting the feelers out. The current place say they want to extend but I'm sure not going to wait around until something is in writing

Todays #dailypicturegame word is ASHES Tomorrows word is RAILWAY

Eurgh, my favourite thing, feeling absolutely shattered at half 8 on a Friday night after work and waking up to a head cold and sore throat

Why is this removal and not redesign/replacement if the issue was just design (not parking). As stated by the env./sustainability cllr. Gavigan said: "Cycling and cycle lanes are a key part of our integrated transport strategy – the problem with this one was the design which was seriously flawed."

Todays #dailypicturegame word is DIG Tomorrows word is ASHES The mid dig photo of me hand turning and levelling a garden during lockdown at weekends and after work (wasn't much else to do)

Well it's been a quick 3 months but I'm now back giving my time and blood. First time I've had the bag blue tagged NEO, so apparently means I'm Cytomegalovirus free. And great to give neonatal blood as I was a neo baby myself 🩸🅾️-ve (eyeing up a mint club now)

If you're based in the UK, can you spare 10 minutes to help with my MSc student's project on how people judge social and environmental policies? research.sc/participant/...

Always good to have a good reminder of human scale transit. I was leading a group ride out Yesterday and had a gentleman flag us down as his CO2 had failed for his puncture repair, helped out with a pump and cycled on with him for the next few miles having a good chat.

Todays #dailypicturegame word Is TELEPHONE Tomorrows word is SCULPTURE A phone box with spider squatters

Todays #dailypicturegame word is BUTTON Tomorrows word is TELEPHONE A boring submission from me as I realised I don't have any button photos. My calculator with buttons on my desk

Well might have jinxed it with that post. Might be a double sock day

Well the @cyclinguk.bsky.social magazine dropped through the door today, got something to leaf through tomorrow at lunch!

Well very surprised to see that there is objection to putting solar panels on a closed golf course near me (just because they're solar panels). The golf course was closed due to the levels of arsenic found and the leachate. Why not use the land for something productive

Well I've got a lot of typing to do today, I've just finished listening to the Tron soundtrack to reduce the background office sound, anyone got some good suggestions of soundtracks to focus to?
