The major parties don't have the moral courage to protect the people and places we love. This election is an opportunity to vote for a candidate who will. Minority govt may be the only thing that forces the Govt to put 🇦🇺ns ahead of vested interests. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

The sad and inevitable truth is in another 10 years, when it is all said and done and it is irrefutable Israel committed a genocide in Palestine, there will be many a handwringing think piece from those who defend Israel's actions now, claiming 'we didn't know'. They know. Remember that they knew.

The most horrendous, harmful stuff I've seen on social media this year has been the countless atrocities carried out by Israel and supported by its Western allies, like us. I would have opted for more pressure to end that, instead of just banning the ability for kids to become aware of the horror.
