I refuse to put party above the needs of Americans. Of course, that means I vote Dem, Independent or third party most of the time depending upon the race and the candidate. It is about harm reduction. Focus on what they say AND do and hold them accountable no matter party affiliation.

I don't understand what feels like idolatry of personality to me. I don't idolize politicians. I like some & their policies more than others, but recognize they are flawed humans just like all of us. I support politicians who do their jobs & fight for us. Where I disagree, I let them know. 1/

Whyte people (GOP) are anti-ed because if they allow true history to be taught, they have to deal with the fallout of how people react to the truth. They worry people will respond appropriately to the horrors and what that means for their power.
