There is a $22M decrease for the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, which administers benefit programs for workers who become ill or are injured on the job. That includes coal miners with black lung and nuclear energy workers sickened on the job, among others.

Why would you rather cure measles than prevent it? Do you know the long-term impact infections have on bodies? Do you know those long-term impacts are why prevention is better than curing?
