The number 10 team is functioning in a parallel universe, the PM needs to review the make up of his team intellect is no substitute for emotional intelligence and presently the centre lacks EI.

Why is the current government so far adrift of the needs to the most vulnerable, a large majority and a real drive for change is a vehicle to make the country a better place, but those seeing £’s instead of support you are wrong this is a very difficult time for most don’t make it worse.

Democracy working for the most vulnerable. Clearly there are two sides but I wish to recognise the courage and conscious of those who voted for this and to the other view we will have never allow this as a first option. I am proud to be a resident of this great country.

What does he see when he looks in the mirror because if it’s not a reflection he needs to change his mirror.

According to this individual employees have no rights or protection, points of that cover and supports employees. His party has been given apportunity, so lets see a considered approach to local public services before you start creating legal battles over employment rights. .

Another example of a weak opposition. A leader who does not lead. The government needs to be held to account the current incumbent is short on skill and charisma. Isn't it typical of a union leader, I am appalled that this individual is more about publicity instead employee rights and support.

I do hope there is some kind of order, when it comes to the actions these individuals will be taking to improve the circumstances for the general population and not as we have seen on a million occasions in the past. It makes for tedious listening and switches people off to politics.

I think David is perfectly entitled to criticise as he should do, but I would be surprised if he didn’t already know prior to the announcement.

An effective and considered opposite leader is essential to maintaining challenge and accountability for the government. The current opposition leader is over confident, under prepared and their unsuitably for the role is an unhelpful distraction.

Instead of headline grabbing Penny, put your country first, it hasn’t worked and has taken up an inordinate amount of effort defending and debating it , energy that should have been focused on growing our great country for everybody.

I feel this statement is pandering. The void of silence does not always need filling. Act more talk less.

This gentleman needs to put country first and stop self publication, disappointing but not a surprise.

What a tragedy, it’s a shame there are not more of the current crop of sports journalists like him.

Impressive portfolio, but it is always about the people. Employing like minded individuals will eventually run out of steam. A top performing engineer is not the best plasterer. Profit over people doesn’t work today. People matter and are the most valuable asset.

Well done Lewis, feisty with enthusiasm.

Nobody wants their children educated by this self-centred publist. There was a time when this person would have been effective, but those days have long gone.

We need a competent opposition for good government. The opposition leader is out of her depth and embarrassing her party. The opposition needs interlect and appeal bring back Rory Stewart

Predictable a business owner with a vision for cost control and performance. Typically out of touch, football is a people business Jim.🤬

Another MP who needs to walk the plank. People like this shouldn’t hold public office. What ever the damage, both should be deselected, and a bi-election called. The government need to set the standard of behaviour in public office which was completely abused by the Conservative Party.

It is beyond me how an individual in public office, feels the need to express derogatory comments on a public/private platform. The tone of the comments, tells me they are not fit for public office. The individual is in control not the party.

This individual should be nowhere near a job of this importance, he is an unreliable blabber mouth.

Good approach. Probably some scepticism from some of the population who were expecting rabbit out of the hat political action.

Agreed. We need transparency not just for direct funding, it needs to include people, premises and resources.
