Please remember that almost every negative story you see about Mark Carney (“REVEALED!! Carney is an alien pedophile with links to satanism!!” etc etc) is run in US billionaire-owned media. You cannot separate Pierre Poilievre and his campaign from the American far right and from Trump.

My biggest concern for Canadian society is that we fall victim to the American disease of separate curated realities, where two ideological camps can't agree on basic facts. They got there because of media manipulation. We are starting to go there. But we're not there yet.
