May 25: Israel bombs school & mass murders 50+ Palestinians by burning them alive. May 26: Russia launches drone attack on Ukraine that kills 0. Washington Post names Russia for illegal drone strikes, yet white washes Israel for mass murder of Palestinians. www.qasimrashid.com/p/when-media...

I'm Dr. Annie Andrews. I’m a pediatrician, not a politician. But either way I know how to handle people who are full of sh*t. Today I am announcing my campaign for US Senate to replace Lindsey Graham. Share this if you're with me. www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8wM...

"What movie traumatized you as a child" All of them. It was 1985, there were no non-traumatic movies to watch as a child

It’s largely the fault of the Israeli state for committing genocide, but I still think it’s bad how many people on the left now believe every Israeli is ontologically tainted as a human being, not just part of an unjust state. More than they feel that way about Americans or Germans!

I may not have read the books, but i have magically reviewed both Tapper and Comey’s new tell-alls- They are both hugely self-involved pricks who didn’t do the right things when it mattered, but now think we should be grateful that they were there at the time. Saved you a read.

Disband ICE and disband the Orwellian sounding Dep’t of Homeland Security. We survived over 200 years without either, which were created in the wake of 9/11. While 9/11 demanded reforms, these agencies have grown too strong and too callous toward our liberties.

"Woke" -- changing norms through social pressure -- is not, contra the reactionary centrists, another form of tyranny. It's the *alternative* to tyranny. It's new norms winning through the marketplace of ideas. The alternative is what we see now: enforcing norms via the threat of state violence.

Opinion from the FT's Editorial Board: 'The US and European countries that tout Israel as an ally that shares their values have issued barely a word of condemnation. They should be ashamed of their silence, and stop enabling Netanyahu to act with impunity.' www.ft.com/content/f5fd...

No offense to my non-Southern friends, but there’s something especially powerful about hearing someone who sounds like me and understands my culture speaking this way. A guy like this has a chance of getting through to people who would never listen to an outsider. We need more of this.

Perceptual variation no threat to the objectivity of colors www.washingtonpost.com/science/2025...

Yeah, abolish ICE.

these people hate DEI because they would be unemployable in any system where they couldn’t rely on favoritism and nepotism

Some people try to separate the issue of homelessness from the broader housing shortage The truth is they are just different parts of the same iceberg Until & unless we fix the housing shortage, homelessness will keep getting worse

Horrifying. He should have been permitted to be witness to the birth of his son. You cannot ever get that back. This makes me incredibly sad.

Gavin Newsom, a schmuck who has spent every waking moment the last 10 years of his life thinking about political optics, getting dogwalked by a guy half the country didn't even know existed like 5 days ago

The goal of AI images is not to convince you they’re real, but to put you in a mental space where you start to doubt the veracity of everything you see - where nothing is sincere and everything is trolling. This is why they serve fascist ends so effectively.

The problem with … the two problems with .. AMONG the problems with people like Natalie Jackson is their credulous and sheeplike willingness to accept the government’s narrative about who is a “hero” or a “villain” based on dubious claims, /1

Marco Rubio sold his soul and political future to serve as one of Trump’s henchmen. I can’t wait for his career to end just to mock what’s left of it.

Is Kilmar Abrego Garcia alive? Because the amount of resistance to addressing his being trafficked gives the distinct impression that either he is dead or what they have done to him is so unspeakable that they cannot afford for him to be freed, seen, or spoken with.
