Oshawa Mayor Carter is right! He calls on province to build emergency mental health & addictions ward amid public health crisis taking us to a better model from the early 70’s when we actually had treatment and Rehab wards at Psychiatric hospitals. 👍 B4 they were closed/shipped out to communities.
