Baby steps. I had fusion surgery on my lower back in 2020. I was very lucky. It gave me back my mobility. I couldn't walk very far without extreme pain before the surgery. I may be old, but I am persistent. 😄

I have read you can do this, but have never tried it. With two milk guzzling grandsons, milk doesn't last long here. 🐄
