I've been irritated by people; grouchy with them; annoyed with them but never ever before felt the kind of burning heat of fury and hatred as I do with that thing.
But rather than focus on anger I am going to do something positive and make a donation to a Ukrainian charity.

Not at all surprised by this. It was obvious it was coming.
It saddens and sickens me but the US should now be regarded as an enemy state working against the interests of the remaining democracies and should be treated accordingly.
