The claims that Ukraine suddenly blocked the social network service are false, unless the government in Ukraine has requested the service to disable access in the region. But in this case the claims should be rephrased.

Thank you. Of course, you're on our beta testers list. We'd be happy to hear your feedback. Expect a DM with a TestFlight link in a couple of days. The app has already been approved by Apple for public beta testing. We just need to wrap up the description and guides for beta testers.

We realized this behavior first on a device running #iOS 18.3. Surprisingly, devices running iOS 18.1.1 and 18.2.1 also showed the new behavior. iOS still doesn't provide an option to disable downloading the icons, which is the best way to tackle this issue.

This new categorization makes the requests less visible to privacy-conscious as the app won't show spikes of 130+ requests as we demonstrated before in iOS 18 and iOS 18.2. However the app is clearly making those requests directly as shown in the network traffic.

3/3 There is no way you can opt out of sending such app Analytics to Apple or request it be anonymous. Visit privacy[.]apple[.]com and request a copy of your data to learn what identifiable data Apple collects about you. ✌️

2/3 When I search for "Google Authenticator," events are recorded as I type character by character. The leap between rows 78 and 79 is when I picked a suggestion. The timestamp of every event is recorded, i.e. Apple can calculate my typing speed 🙃. If I misspell a word, it will be on my record 🫣 …
