...in fact NO document has the word "Democracy" in it. That's why we (ate supposed to) have 3 CO-EQUAL branches of government: The Legislative (Congress), the Judicial (Courts, including the Supreme Court), and the Executive (Presidency). That is why we don't have any kings.
