I enjoyed both of those games as well. I would go with Fallout New Vegas for the story and characters and Fallout 4 for the worldbuilding and gameplay.
And Princess Mononoke is really good! I’d also put Spirited Away up there too

For me it would be the soulsborne genre such as Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Sekiro, Bloodborne, etc.
Not that any of them are bad since I enjoy most of them but they seem to be the genre people ever talk about now. I just feel they are too grindy and time consuming than just pure fun
