LIQUIDITY: Liquid assets are assets that can be easily converted into cash (after being sold) or spent with little to no loss in value (sold at market value). They include cash, bank deposits, and assets like stocks, ETF and bonds. All those assets that can be sold quickly.

TER: Total Expense Ratio, or TER in short, is the total cost of a fund/ ETF. Basically, what you will pay on a yearly basis to own that Fund/ETF. To make it simple, it includes all fee related to managing an asset and covers all the operational costs (trading/legal fees, salaries, audit fees etc.)

BONDS: a bond is a debt instrument issued by a borrower, which could be a government, municipality, corporation, or other entity, to raise capital. When an investor buys a bond, they are essentially lending money to the issuer for a specified period of time, known as the bond's maturity.

ETF: Think of an ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) like a basket of different investments. The investments are a mix of stocks or bond. The composition of a certain basket (ETF) is define by certain rules. For example the S&P 500 ETF includes the top 500 companies in the US by market capitalization.

SAVINGS ACCOUNT: A savings account is a financial tool provided by banks where you can deposit your money in a safe way (nothing is really 0 risk as the bank could fo bankrupt and you can lose rhe money if you pass the limits).
