Yes, quite ...a thing. It means that whatever the state does cannot be identified as terrorism. Yet one of the main root causes of terrorism is actually violence or excessive force used by the state.

Horrible stats from Italy. I recently read a similar stat for Canada. Reading all of this I feel anger. We should all paint our faces with with multi-coloured stripes, and go to war, against these perpetrators. It's a first good but insufficient step to signal this in a sports event.
