With ropes, poles, a great deal of skill, & a large crowd of onlookers, the fuel boats have squeezed past the BCS wreck. They can't return until it's gone b'cos laden they'll be too low in the water. Meanwhile, below the lock, a widebeam needs a pump out & can't get through. #ukcanals
