It was also wonderful running into former MLA David Swann. I thank him for his service to Alberta and everything he has done to make our province better.

Thank you to all Fish Creek staff and volunteers who dedicate their time to preserving this natural space, and educating us on the cultural history of Treaty People.

Fish Creek Provincial Park is one of the largest urban parks in North America with vast natural areas & biking pathways. Thanks to Peter Lougheed’s foresight, this provincial park & natural ecosystems are protected to coexist with Calgary's urban life. It’s the second largest urban park in Canada.

2/ While Northback does not have the green line to start mining for coal in the Rockies, Northback can now conduct its 105-day exploration program on Grassy, where it will drill 33 boreholes into the mountain to collect more data about its coal deposits.

3/ TIER has been a bipartisan policy initiated by Stelmach’s conservatives and has survived six premiers (Stelmach, Redford, Hancock, Prentice, Notley, and Kenney). TIER has driven innovation, emission reduction, and investment in Alberta.

UCP backbench MLAs were sadly on power trips, interrupting my questions. They need to recognize that reliable and low-emissions energy is critical infrastructure for data centres.

The Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation named this enviro minister in their legal action against the province for her failure to properly fund this financial security program. Justice minister decided to shut down my questions because the province is currently being sued.

The Auditor General has warned the province TWICE that this financial security program has significant design issues and will not adequately protect Albertans from paying these massive cleanup bills.

The premier got up yesterday denying all this. If the premier truly believes in the Polluter Pays principle, she should just apply the law, enforce regulations, and quit these distractions #ableg #abpoli
