Yeah, there will always be some people who are very conservative of how things are/were done and will refuse changes. To me, audio books are just slightly different because you are being read to as I said, rather than you reading the letters themselves. That's the only difference imo

It's not really reading as much as listening imo, it's like getting read a story. If you're getting read a story you're listening, not reading along (unless you got the text in your hands). Still fine and doesn't remove from the activity, but I wouldn't say I'm reading an audiobook
