After a shock diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes a week ago the weight is coming off, 4lbs so far, another 17 to go. All my own fault, I knew I’d put on a lot of weight but nothing said at my two previous annual health checks 🤷‍♂️ That’ll put the brakes on my baking 😔 🍞
