For those who don't know, we got him from the local shelter, he was NOT a rehome/surrender/whatever you want to call it. Whoever had him before us, either released him in the wild or he escaped, because he was found/caught at a busy intersection in town. Who knows how long he had to fend for himself

Whether you decide to start weight lifting or not, you could easily do wall pushups or kitchen counter pushups. They're exactly as they sound. While waiting for your food to cook in the kitchen, put your hands on the counter and do pushups from a standing position.

I followed a tutorial for this one, but this one is mine. The tutorial has a sun for the bottom sign, mine has a moon and star. I also included random hearts in my design. 🙃
