Anthropogenic climate change, and disabilities in the US are two of the biggest topics I’m paying attention to right now.

It’s almost like Republicans had a plan for suppressing Democratic votes and voters. I don’t know if Garland was an active participant, but he was probably told to back off, or else… it’s just odd how so many different pieces of the puzzle fell into place just in the last few days.

What really gets my hackles up is the fact that a lot of this could have been avoided. It’s just a shame that the topic of anthropogenic climate change has been so heavily politicized in the US, and a few other places.

I believe the penalty for trying to steal and take over Greenland and her ancient Viking lands is being blood eagled. I bet we could make a lot of money putting this on a pay-per-view channel

And watch Trump ignore the places that need help in California, just like he did in Oregon a few years back

You created Facebook because you were a horny nerd. It’s the only way you could ever get a woman to talk to you. And now you’re nothing but another billionaire fascist who’s helping tear democracy and this country to the ground.

His body language… You can just immediately tell he’s completely full of shit

I’m surprised how warm it is there as well. Heck, I didn’t cut off activities in interior Alaska until it hit 35 below.

Kind of a balmy day in that part of the world

Why do we subsidize oil and coal companies to the tune of $20 billion or more every year? Those are literally some of the wealthiest corporations on the planet, and we have to give them our tax dollars?

I’m aware of that. I didn’t say anything about dismissing the data. I have friends and family in Florida and I’ve seen their pictures of fish swimming in the streets. I’ve also been following the story regarding the collapse of buildings in the Miami area and the danger that other buildings are in.

I was at a hardware store, and a lady walked up to me and asked if I was Ed Sheeran. that made my mom and I laugh quite heavily. It looked like the lady probably had some mental issues she was dealing with. Had a fun talk with her though. This was just a couple weeks ago

I don’t like that word. I grew up helping out with Special Olympics in my hometown, and I learned more from hanging out with those people than I did from almost anything else.

I started studying glacial geomorph and related topics in the late 90s. I kind of miss those days when you had a room full of people who all agreed about the data and what it was pointing to. There have been times recently where I wished I had studied something else because of all the controversy

Something that’s been predicted for the last 20 to 30 years… Had a professor in college who talked about this back in the mid 90s.

My twin daughters loved this album. Played it for them all the time when they were younger.

I missed Medicaid by nine dollars. So, can’t get new dentures, can’t get new glasses. I’ve kind of hit a point now where I just don’t care anymore. So tired of dealing with this garbage. It’s the last thing I need.

there are a couple of magazines I’d love to have a subscriptions to, but the fact is, I simply can’t afford them anymore, thanks to medical bankruptcy

So, if Maga decides to try to take some Canadian land, can I get a citizenship if I help you all defend Canada? I lived in Interior, Alaska for over a decade, so you can just throw me somewhere in the Yukon and I’ll be happy.

Southwest Oregon here. Grew up in Oregon, and just moved back to the area recently eating.

I’ve been paying attention to how the media has been covering this story all day. It’s actually quite infuriating.

So basically, a large section of the country wants to keep lying about the history of the country.

I gave up on him in 2016. That’s when Twitter started to really explode, and Joe had started jumping down the “free speech/everything is woke” rabbit hole. For me, that’s when he did his initial big flip-flop.
