Thanks for highlighting this and providing the link. I've looked and am interested. Should the 10-17 age bracket stats raise an eyebrow: 4.37% of boys and 1.39% of girls. Do you think that 3:1 ratio is about right? Do you think that >4% of the population have autism?

I'm not an editor. Different journals choose to have different remits, some narrower than others. I watch & share from a wide range of journals to keep a mix. They are all transparent in what they do/don't do eg 'Autism' does take qualitative submissions: journals.sagepub.com/author-instr...
