It is progress. Recognizing that there was a problem is a huge part of the process.

I still enjoy the game 56 hours in. But not everyone will, and that's okay! People need to learn that it's okay for someone not to like something based off of logical criticism or personal taste, and that them not liking it doesn't mean you can't either.

The common thread of well made puzzles persists throughout, but the nature of the puzzles shifts quite drastically. For rng, there *are* built in ways to control it (I can basically build however I want now) but not everyone will reach that point, so the issue can still persist beforehand.

Personally, I think you didn't even make any ridiculous claims. As somone far into the trenches on this game (56 hours) solo and determined to figure out as much as I can on my own, I can still recognize that the first 30 hours is a different game than what comes after.
