The proposed tax cuts will give a huge tax break to those making over $734k a year. In fact they will benefit from 50% of the entire cut.
People making $734k are in the top 5% in the USA. Which means the other 95% of people (most of us) will be sharing about 50% of the benefits.

You’re going in circles. We have war. Putin decided it. If he wishes to leave Ukraine and go back to Moscow that’s up to him. Until that point wrath and ruin upon him and his people. Shock and awe absolutely would work when in defense, not so much when attacking.
