I showed up to the final boss under leveled and took another 5 hours leveling and rearranging the party to figure out a good tactic. Insanely good game!!

Troubleshoot: "Invalid Handle" after updating. I gave it some time then reverted back to .bsky.social via Handle settings and then verified my custom domain again. (do not need to update DNS domain settings again) It worked then. This can also happen with handles.club. Just keep retrying

The hard part is over. Give your DNS settings a couple seconds (or minutes) to update, enter your domain name in the Bluesky panel, and then press Verify DNS Record. On success the button will change to "Update to [domain name]" and you'll be able to press it again and change it! 🧵 4/4

After buying, go to Settings > Account > Handle > I have my own domain. Keep this info open and go to your registrar's website. Go to manage your domain and you should find your DNS settings (might be under "Advanced"). You should find your Host Records. Add the information Bluesky gave you 🧵 3/4

I used Namecheap.com but there are others like porkbun.com and cloudflare.com/products/registrar/ (avoid GoDaddy). Prices vary but a general rule is that simple names on popular extensions are expensive. coolbskyname com was around $11 but reginald com would have been $150k. Play around 🧵 2/4
