I had Jabra headset/mic and it was the mic that was the main issue. Had to kill Teams and go back in, and then it seemed to worked. It was always completely random...which was nice. 🙄

Some tear gas grenades are bursting-type grenades. (They tend to be round, like baseballs). If one of those lands, don't pick it up. If it goes off in your hand, you can lose a finger.
