sadly the fountain is long gone. but based on the blueprint records, and consistent identifiers across them through the decades, Nick says the fountain was likely where our primary settling tanks are today.

Westerly also had an amazing old fountain back in the day which surely would have been a artistic symbol of public works. Nick, can you track down anything about it? i asked. "sure, after a meeting." and after the meeting, he figured it out.
