Totally agree. Even during the day they accomplish forests being so dense it almost turns dark, swallowing you up and destroying any sense of direction. Why do I love it? lol

Was a weird decision knowing there’ll likely never be a sequel or not a planned sequel. Usually you’d remaster for 1) the game needs it and is not accessible otherwise or 2) there’s a movie or new game planned 🤷♂️

Brilehaven? Found there was plenty of time to do most sidequests. The main infiltration isn’t too difficult or deep either - was underlevelled and came out with minor bruises if you keep weaknesses in mind.

Days Gone remaster was somethin. The original still holds up and is so good, don’t know why this got the treatment over other games 😬

Initially bounced off of it a while back, but this time totally invested in it! The wilderness is massive, so much to do, and ways to do it.
Can see the Oblivion aspects in how abilities level up and the vastness of everything. Loving the music too.

In the books, the relationship between him and Geralt was great and made you question the morality of both of em. You get tastes of it in W3.

Haha because it’s addictive or because it’s insanely difficult? Leaning into both here 😬

Found the first major “dungeon” super hard, but don’t worry, it eases up after that imo

Would try the first so you get a sense of what the sequel would offer.. and it’s super cheap to pick up.
