When AOC and Adam Kinzinger are both furious at Chuck Schumer, for the exact same reason, maybe you need to give up the idea this is just a backlash coming from far left activists.

@democrats.org and @schumer.senate.gov Not all courts close, federal can remain open for several weeks. But Medicaid , SNAP and SS remain unaffected. Once the funding bill goes through all those get cut. Allowing CR to go through throws millions under the bus. You also lend legitimacy to MAGA

There were multiple parties in parliament in Germany in the 30's. The major opposition party to Hitler capitulated in exchange for promises that were later rescinded. We should absolutely be calling the Dems out for their weakness in this moment. We don't need violence, but we do need leadership 🧵
