It's strange. I used to feel a lot more comfortable with the sensation that I had no real home. Haven't had one in years, but it wasn't until I came back here that I felt so genuinely isolated and unwelcome. It's all in my head, like everything, but it's just strange.

There's a brilliant audiobook I'd like to recommend for free on audible right now. If you like odd, dry British humor, akin to Douglass Adams, check out Isaac Steele by Daniel Rigby. Started it as a random selection and it is absolutely brilliant. Well written and pretty funny.

After several weeks of back to back filming, I'm both exhausted, beat up and really getting what my friend called "post convention sads." It's the feeling you get after an extended period having a good time around people who share your interests. It's so easy to make friends on set so often.

I know nothing of League of Legends, but man oh man, Arcane has such a way of grabbing my attention and holding it. I find myself feeling for these animated game characters from a game I've never played more than most characters in live action dramas. Well done.

It hasn't been easy, but this past year I made most of my living acting. Voice acting and screen work. That and weird side hustles, like selling blood plasma and doing focus groups. This year it was hundreds of hours of vo and narration. Next year I'm breaking into higher orders of art.
