In her Paxton dissent, Kagan accuses the majority (correctly) of diluting First Amendment protections for sexually explicit speech by giving the government more latitude to restrict it in the name of shielding children from pornography. She calls the majority's analysis "at war with itself."

9/ Remember that the EO did not purport to amend the Constitution, but only to instruct the federal government not to honor it. A child born to undocumented parents in TX won't be able to get a US passport, but one born in MA will. Two different countries.

I’ve heard Stephen Miller thinks Trump is stupid and easy to manipulate. Stephen said Elon was much smarter. Lots of people are saying it, I think Fox News and OANN BOTH REPORTED Hegseth, Miller and Noem have meetings about keeping the Nobel prize from Trump and are trying to give it to Musk.
