Babes it was so camp. The actor playing Usagi was spot on with the klutziness and voice and OTTness. Tim has never seen any Sailor Moon and he was loving it 😊 I’d love to see a sequel with the Outer Senshi though

It was the Queen Beryl storyline!

I want a washlet more than a bidet. But I’ll never get off it.

I saw this the other day, and it’s still tickling/tingling my funny bone. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to use “electrify” fragrance on their betweenmedownthere.

Thank you for this evocative and thoughtful description 💚

Enjoy. I don’t recommend marmalade sandwiches, though. Maybe some strawberry jam instead.

To most people, no. To some of the perfume lover community, yes. Rightly or wrongly, perhaps some partners are better than others in respecting creativity. If we got offered funding to grow our brand to where I’d love to see it, I’d probably bite their hands off.

I’m well, thank you! Exhausted after Esxence, but well. And you? Yes, mostly ticking along nicely and moving in the right direction - this year should be a step up in presence for the brand too so feeling positive about that 😊

It IS wonderful. A particularly beautiful green effect, and the turmeric adds a dry, bitter, grainy texture and contrast to the tuberose, avoiding any of the syrup aspects. Also reminds me of genmaicha, toasted rice tea - and Mona di Orio’s Tubereuse.

I love it. To me it smells like waking up next to someone who went to bed a little sweaty after a night out, sun streaming through the window and motes of dust floating around.

It’s fucking gorgeous and I don’t usually like tuberose

Plain, simple Garak. He’s just a tailor!

I was so proud of Ostara 🥹 we worked so hard getting it just right only for it to be rashly discontinued by a new CEO who didn’t understand why it wasn’t selling as well as a super commercial fragrance

My problem with most peach flavour things is that they taste of shower gel rather than peaches

Musical theatre (Sondheim is my idol). Sci Fi, specifically Star Trek (and even more specifically, Deep Space Nine and very particularly Garak). Comic books, especially Green Lantern. Movies of all genres and eras. Folklore and mythology. Japanese language. Fried chicken. Drag and queer culture.

That Peppermint Foot Cream scene was monumental for teenage me.

Beautiful Thing is so excellent. I am still fully obsessed with Tameka Empson as Leah.

Similarly nostalgic for that point in internet history.

There are SO many confidently wrong people - after 24 years working in fragrance with multiple roles, I'm aware of where all my knowledge gaps are. But I think the whole Dunning-Kruger / folks don't know what they don't know means that lots of people position themselves as experts and aren't.

I’m here for #toastsky but no Marmite on mine thanks just an enormous quantity of Lurpak

Oh that new bottle for Hot Couture looks great! Does it still smell like raspberries ripple ice cream? I might have to get some for nostalgia’s sake 😊
