I want my PC version to have features I can achieve on PC, I think it'll be cool and I don't wanna force PC version to get "downgraded" because of quest

I'm aware, and I'm not planning to have it quest compatible on release for this model, I plan PC first because I wanna do PC specific stuff, I have alternative system ready working for quest but the mesh itself will take more time to get it ready
