Ja, Russland schickt Soldaten auf Krücken an die ukrainische Front. Aber zugleich läuft die russische Kriegswirtschaft auf Hochtouren. Russland muss nicht voll rekonstituiert sein, um ein Gelegenheitsfenster zu nutzen. Dies steht offen durch Europas Schwäche. Aktuell ist mehr Krieg wahrscheinlich.
