Congratulations, that's way better than my simple games with non-stunning art. Maybe it has something to do with your art and game itself being interesting?

Definitely retro, in a 90s-ish kinda way I think? Or something from my past.
Dunno if it's on purpose, but the ship looks like it's frowning at you and it looks pretty angry 😅

Probably, yeah. Though if I couldn't figure out why, that might be frustrating/annoying.

Looks great (the usual feedback lol). I like how the circular light truncates at the walls.

Maybe character-specific-equipment shops?
Finding level 4 limit breaks in FF7, or hero-specific stuff in CT's endgame quests, always felt kinda cool.
Not really much of a sink, though. Uber items might be a good sink (e.g. elixir)

Can't really think of any, the best stuff is usually found outside shops.
Jack Move had a great one, where you could buy literally anything from any shop in the final shop. (Works because you can buy augments that have trade-offs as the game progresses.)

Yeah, sorry, I don't know how else to describe it 😅
I double-checked my assertions by looking at the Earthbound tent. It looks like I remember/imagine/described.
It's up to you man. It's still Easily recognizable as a tent.

Looks very circus-tent like. Should the bottom be striped? Should the top be spikier (more like an asymptote or y=1/x as x approaches zero)?
