The go-to options seem to be "griofadach" and "drithlíni". Just ask focloir.ie/ga/dictionary/ei/tingling ... 😀

The Irish phrase is codladh grifĂ­n, "sleep tingling". This is the only context in which the word "grifĂ­n" (tingling) occurs! Though other words for tingling do exist...
