While I’m okay with the retcon of Arrakore being able to refuse a wish (as that would definitely complicate things moving forward), I’m not happy about them retconning 2/3 of the main Djinn rules. Especially with how vital they were towards the end of Skybound and Jay’s final wish :/

Rambling about the Forbidden Five Going into S3 I had two things I was looking forward to more than anything else. The Ras/Arin storyline & the Forbidden Five. I thought season 2 did a pretty great job with setting them up to be this world ending threat, especially in the earlier episodes of part 1

Interestingly the German title translates to “In the Realm of Monsters” instead of “In the Land of Monsters” so it wouldn’t shock me if it ends up being one of the realms. Especially since the realms are now referred to as “lands” (Merged Lands, Land of Madness, First Land, etc)
