I just find it hard to hate a guy who's done so much for so many kids with Make A Wish. He seems like he genuinely tries to be a good person even if he screws up sometimes.

But everything after that, Cena was a class act. Apologized to the dude, gave the biggest hug ever to another one, let him know "I'll do whatever you need, just please ask" and was just generally coming off like a great guy that let one moment get to him and made it right after.

Not gonna lie. I actually loved that video. The scolding was a bad look, but you can understand it under the pressure and maybe he just had a bad moment or whatever, and the message is even fine, just probably better phrased differently (a "Please don't record me without asking").

I mean, Mania week alone. I forget all of the snafus they had besides Cena just volunteering "I LOVE VINCE!" outta nowhere, but they had like three major PR fuckups that week.
