i mean it's just a clip so i don't know what Mills said after, but this is not the clip i would use as an example of how it's done. Mills comes off better than all the other useless governor but the moment calls for a hell of a lot more than a "see you in court"

20-odd years ago, when Timothy McVeigh was executed, The Nation magazine ran an impassioned editorial denouncing the idea of televising the execution. I recall reading it with puzzlement that there was no opinion on the execution itself, pro or con, only on the idea of a public snuff film.

kinda weird she criticizes O'Brian like this but not Dem leadership. In general it's best for politicians not to criticize union leaders. O'Brian could be an exception, but I'd hope any critic in congress is brave enough to go after congressional leadership too. Start at home.

It's not being "tied up with truth", it's thinking you need to factor in their propaganda when you're trying to tell the truth. Or trying to communicate every complication that you encountered on your way to the truth. Don't tell people propaganda is good. The truth is we're telling the truth.
