Totally understandable and the current decisions made by some of these companies is questionable for sure.
Again use what works for you. If it means cutting down using Google services/products then do that.

I don’t use Reddit as much as I use to, so no I haven’t. Definitely a feature that isn’t even beta ready. Don’t think this will ever work well enough. As if it was realistically possible I’d have thought Google would have definitely tried to do it.
