Obviously we don't know for sure if Abraham was a real person, let alone his address, but yes, he supposedly lived in Ur around 1813-1738 BCE, while Ea-nāṣir lived there around 1750 BCE. So if Abraham was historical and lived at the time traditionally stated, he would likely have known Ea-nāṣir
