Has anyone thought of killing with kindness? Offer drinks and snacks with a smile to people who try and stop/block protests. Stop yelling at each other. Show we are BETTER than them. BE better than them. Customer service people should already know this tactic to disrupt an angry customer.

I don’t have a big following but if any of you are in areas with some ICEy roads right now and you work in a restaurant. If they try and come for food please refuse service. “We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason” its not much but maybe we can take our own stand.

You won't believe this. My team and I make this show called SciShow that works hard to be rigorous and accurate while also being appealing and entertaining. We reach a LOT of people every year with episodes about crabs and neutrinos and gender and cancer and vaccines. It's great, I love it.

BREAKING: The House gave final approval to a bill requiring the detention of immigrants who have ever been arrested for nonviolent theft. This bill could sweep thousands into dangerous detention conditions and does nothing to improve community safety. It now goes to President Trump to be signed.
