it's mainly the writing, you have 8 party members but they basically never talk and their 8 stories act as if the rest of the party doesn't exist, so it ends up being 8 short plots that are all mid. I really liked the class system it introduces but it doesn't do that until ~80% through the game

I've been meaning to play OT2... OT1 had a crap ton of glaring flaws that made it so basically nobody liked it besides JRPG maniacs. as a semi maniac I can say OT1 is a LOT of fun but the story is a whole lot of nothing. I've heard OT2 improved on a lot...hmm

Finally, in Nov the finished version of Pious Ari (a NSFW lesbian eroge about nuns) was done and published on Steam! This was my first Steam game and it was such a pain to upload it there lol, but totally worth it!! It feels so cool to have a game on Steam store.steampowered.com/app/2238450/...
