It could very well be that your body is craving a different stimulus to calm yourself. For me, if gaming doesn’t work, I paint, if that fails, I read, and finally, if that fails, I just lay down and turn on some childhood shows. I’m sorry gaming isn’t helping and I hope that your storm passes. 🫰
