@mcuban.bsky.social I tend to agree with what you say but this statement IS the problem. Put your middle America hat on. These tariffs can be devastating to small businesses and consumers. Put your money where your mouth is and financially support congress members that support impeaching Trump.

@mcuban.bsky.social I don’t like. It would be near impossible for future stars to beat records. With fewer total positions it would be much harder for teams to make a big comeback. Shorter games also means less hours for arena staff, concession, security etc. reducing working class salaries.

If someone wants to do it with their own money sure go for it. Have a little vacay on Mars. But I don’t want it publicly funded. Yes there could be innovation but let’s funnel that money into innovation here. Invest in stem education, healthcare,poverty etc.
