Well argued, but also unsubsidized student loans that can't be discharged gave students more spending power so colleges raised tuition, next year, loan amounts went up, so ost went up, repeat 30+ years and...

Because when you hook nearly every student to a gigantic loan they can't get rid of with bankruptcy and will have them paying for a few decades, why not raise the price, you always get your money.

As someone who has been through a lot with homelessness and food insecurity, depending on what it is, I wouldn't be too critical if it was a bit out of date, especially coffee, but years, and 6 years on beans? aw hell naw. That's just them trying to get a tax write off for giving you garbage
