Auditors can find evidence of fraud but it can only be proven in a court of law. So…the answer to your question is “none” … DOGE can say “fraud” until they’re blue in the face but it isn’t substantiated until a judge says it is.

You don’t have to be smart to bust in and wreck things. They didn’t even wreck them smartly—almost all their actions are illegal, when they could have just taken an extra week or two and done them legally.

I think the “presidential records” thing is a red herring. They’re doing a methodical smash and grab, uploading all the pii they can get to private hard drives and servers, and putting back doors in to get the new stuff later. If anyone’s gonna audit this, they need to be forensic IT investigators.
