I've come to get very comfortable with the idea that "quiet BPD" is BPD characterized by victims of narc abuse or neglect/emotional abuse bc the survival behaviors we learned taught us to withdraw. So even when we crash out, it's usually inward.
(A psych's advice I heard once)

I think that's the most frustrating thing of all this: the normalcy. It feels normal.
Am glad you have a toolbox. All I carry around is radical honesty.
I know I need DBT therapy, I just don't have the money or the funding. I tried doing the work book but I can't focus well enough.

That's so hard! I was rediagnosed at 31 in 2021 and the pieces didn't start falling into place until I finally came off the meds I was on bc they were treating for something I didn't have. 🖤🖤🖤

AND ON THAT NOTE- I also do not need to be checked up on like this. I am the least maintenance friend on the planet so long as you realize that I'm not interested in talking to you every day. Hell every week.
