Freehanding that much focal length was a pain, thankfully an egret flew up a tree nearby. They look wispy and innocuous from the distance, but up close you realize the beak is very pointy, and the claws - quite substantial.

Hit a bottleneck with photography. An astrophoto session is like ~5GB or so. A process folder ends up to the tune of ~150 GB. Took a trip to microcenter to get more storage while it's still viable :-\
