Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers wants his state to become the first state to audit insurance companies over denying coverage. More of this, Democrats.

It's appropriate that this sentiment comes after the industry realized that they haven't done anything useful in 20 years so they descended into mass psychosis over tech that does nothing but purports to do everything

NEW: Treasury Dept agrees not to let anyone who isn't a current, regular (non-SGE) employee access its payment system/records, with the exception of Tom Krause and Marko Elez, who will have read-only access. The agreement will last until the judge decides whether to grant a preliminary injunction.

happy first birthday to Bluesky, and what a year it's been! with every day, the need for an open network that puts people first becomes increasingly clear. we're glad to be building this with you. after all, the heart of a social network is the people.

Democrats should be staging rallies and townhalls in light red GOP districts with their best communicators with an emphasis on education. Reach out to voters. Let them know what’s going on. Americans don’t need Sen. Schumer chanting “we will win” in DC.

pikachu and eevee mascot race!

Congressional recesses aren’t vacations. They’re district work periods. Members go home and work out of their district offices. That’s one of the best time for constituents to connect with them. They hold town halls or attend community events. You can also contact their offices to request meetings.

Not every exasperated middle class American could have become Hitler, but a particle of Hitler is lodged in every exasperated middle class American

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it. Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice. But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word. They aren’t firing for a reason.

It’s important to know that a lot of productive activity is happening in person and offline, too. Not all of it can be broadcast online, but we’ve had hundreds of people showing up to our trainings, mobilizations, and more. Keep going. Tyranny is eroded by a sea of small acts. Everything matters.

Republicans spent years talking about the cost of eggs. Democrats spent years denying it was tough to afford eggs. Does the GOP have a plan to bring down the cost of food? Where? Because my community is still having trouble affording things while yall are playing politics.

Reminder: the term “moderate” in Democratic politics is used for politicians who serve the billionaire class. There is nothing “moderate” about keeping systems in place that bankrupt Americans who get cancer.

You know it’s bad when even Trump is pity posting through it 💀

Happy Anniversary to the Dragon Quest Remake. Nope, not the new one… and not the Gameboy remake either! I’m talking about the one that never left Japan: the original DQ3 remake for the Super Famicom, which came out on December 6, 1996.

“You should not go into debt if you get sick or pursue an education" would be one hell of a rallying cry for the Democratic Party. Currently, they cannot stand for policies that get at the root causes of corporate greed. My latest in ⁦‪@Newsweek‬⁩ ⬇️ www.newsweek.com/democrats-wi...
